Depends on your model...if you have a beam front like me, then the best way is to place the radiator on the spare wheel well...mine fits exactly from one side to the other and is only 300mm high. Then cut the bottom out of the area below the rad and drop it and inch below the original line if the car and make a small scoop that ducts air into the space left in front...it will have no where to go but through the radiator.

the key is getting all the air to go through the radiator and to let it escape from behind it as eassy as possible.
