not even close. Arthur Hollins cortina (1600 turbo?) won it with 27.76
results -> http://wscc.org.au/2006.XLS
Had a clubbie yesterday. Weather cleared for the day. Only got 20 entries, 2 heavy stacks, 2 mechanically broken cars (local towies had a good day,
one was heading up to Manly)...
Matt James LJ hit the embankment on the right 10 metres up from the finish and did some right front damage. The bigger one was the typical Huntley
stack coming out of esses. Right foot in the dirt. Charlie Borg in the Honda Mini S/S drove up the bank and flipped it over. Heavy front end damage,
broken rear susp, too much panel damage to mention.
I have to admit though, it was the worst run event that I've ever had my name on. Late start, unnecessary delays, running order was chaos, people
running with both sides of grid... but still 9 runs before 4pm. Glad it's all over.
Graeme Syphers came down for a look, happy to have a reco pump in him despite having a lot of chest pain.... as you would after one of those ops where
they rip your chest apart with a car-o-line

easy to join the mailing list.
send blank email to events@wscc.org.au with subscribe in the subject.
2 left for the year, september 25 and november 5.
September is booked in as part of Nissan and Southern Sporting club's championships so will be a busy day.
Porsche is booked in for November, possibly MG club as well.
They dont have exclusive rights though.
