My Bay went to Andrew Dodd for a complete service and it's now in getting the transmission looked at, brake pads changed and disks machined, brake
cyclinder was leaking a little and the inner CV boots needed changing.
Bus will be back tomorrow and it's ready to go.
Can't wait to head up to Valla, it's my first time and I'm taking the Wife and kids with me. The kids are so excited to see all the VW. There 4 and
2.

For a change, all I have to do is pretty much wash the ragtop and fill it with fuel - I am so used to last minute rushes!
So instead I will endeavour to get my brother-in-law's ghia sorted (brakes need some attention, I have to figure out my wiring mishap with the oil
temp sender, maybe plumb in an oil pressure sender, re-adjust right rear spring plate height...and maybe a few other bits). Gotta keep busy I guess!

Heater? Been so busy working on trimming and plumbing my bus, I've forgotten to put the quarter light seals in...hope its warm on the way up ... I
nearly died of frost bite going to Narooma...lol...but this time I will have WIPERS and HEADLIGHTS too. Luxury.
Just discovered a busted oil pressure seal, so off to the Chief for repairs tommorrow...not much time to finish stuffing about before Valla....still
100 mile an hour tape can fix anything.... What day you going Pete?
