Just smoked some Holdens and WRX yesterday (on our 1/8 mile drags in Wongan Hills).
The Holden that I beat is the "Beat the Heat" drag car that is used at the motorplex.
I thought that it was quick, until I beat it by almost a second on the 200m.
We raced about 6 times, and i beat him every time.

Hi
Stock box, welded 3rd and 4th, polished axles, 26"x 10 -14 tyres at 10psi.
Just about reved out in 3rd (about 6400 rpm)
They did not have a speed trap, so dont know the speed.
We had an oval with a type1 motor here too, he also showed the WRX how it should be done (very nice car from Fremantle).
He also took some vids.

That bug on ebay would be a great car for some one needing a daly driver
My bug build up is a monster due to the fact the motor & gear box I am fitting is more of a race car drive line
