Not yet mate.
I'm waiting until i get the wheel thing sorted. It's a slow process dealing with the other side of the world.....
sgetty, it's a 1200 box, it revs alittle hard at 110 but it's not too bad. I did 110 all the way from Sydney to Hobart no worries. It makes them
accelerate better too!

I've made a bit of progress. I got rid of the horrid 70's radio and made a gauge panel to cover the extra big hole they made in the dash. I'll put
up a pic tomorrow..

My old wheels on the second last bottom shelf! The rarest wheels I've ever had/seen. Aussie made 'Keels'. Never liked them that much though...

Here's a few pics of the gauge panel I made to cover the big hole cut in the dash for the radio. It isn't finished yet. I'm gonna continue the
chrome strip on the glove box lid etc right across so it all joins up.

My new top from TMI arrived the other day so I thought it was time to tackle the install.
The old one came off pretty easy really considering I had NO idea what I was doing!
It revealed a fair bit of surface rust on the front and rear panels that hold the top on so it was a good chance to clean it all up and give it a good
dose of POR-15.
Whoever put the last top on ground the rag panels back to make them smooth under the new top but didn't bother to paint them!!! Lazy *#@%!

Access for the screws holding the rear panel on...
I'm just sitting here now waiting for the first stage of the POR-15 to dry......

Cleaned up ready for POR-15ing.

looks really good, love the mesh and bonnet straps. v.nice work on the gauges.
your rear ragtop bow is a bit nasty, but the front one is pretty good all things considered (the 2 that i have seen were both worse, one far far
worse)
empi, have you considered adopting? if so pick me pick me!!! very nice collection of rims. consider parting with a set of torque thrust D's?
henry.

Well I've finally got some rims on the way. Nothing exciting in the end, but they should fit with the overall theme of the car.
Pics when I get them on.
Dubmonkey; The front is only about half way down on the adjusters at the moment, the rear is down one outer spline. Hope that helps. The front will
come down more when I get the new wheels on!
