Evaporative airconditioning, water into it, air blows through with car speed, air cooled by water, cool air comes in..
No fans. Fans are available aftermarket, but not in the times. |

Looks awesome, but can't stay...
Yeah, our drivers side.. strictly low speed or show vibes only..
Had my whitewalls put on 356 chromies today and put on my Notch.. The offset was about an inch different, which I thought have considered, and thus
pushing the wheels closer to the guards by about an inch.. The results...
The rear was left with about 1-2mm between whitewall and the gaurd.. Not enough. One bump and it would chew through the whitewall.. Not nice.
The front wasn't too bad.. on an empty tank of fuel.. Had to three point turn my way out of the servo.. 
Anyway, the look is cool, but it can't stay unfortunetly..

good luck to anyone who finds a right hand drive swampcooler!! ive been looking for years and years even before i was into vw's(wanted one for a
early 40's ford i was getting) thought i had one lined up in germany about a year ago but turned but to no avail dont know if the guy backed out
or it just wasnt what he said it was.

Not available for a late type3.You can get clear front indicators for a late one.Otherwise you got the ugly lights.But you have irs and discbrakes up
front.

Yeah, well changing guards is one of the simplest jobs you'll ever have to do. Plus the driveabiliy bonuses of it now it's slammed is well
worth it.
