bus has got a brandnew smile
inside was alot rustier than i had anticipated, but thats how it usualy goes
got all the rusty busines cut away and cleand up
outer skin was too short so i extended it 100mm and made up a new section for the bottom of the vee,got bashn away on the anvil and all turned out
sweet, makes the job a hell of alot easier when yur not stuck under the car with yor arm jacked at some crazy angle
got all the inside primed up then plug welded the two outer skins together, welded and ground it all up then dressed the lip over

thanks chief,
colours at the moment (subject to change)will most likely be doveblue and a dark grey in the cargo area, slammed on a set of raders, but the bank
balance is getting a little low so i might have to skip on wheels and put some stockys on

got all my steel and body work done and is in highbuild primer now,so i'll let it sit for a while before i rub it back, might hit the inside with some
colour soon
got the underside done in a spray on rubber based coating, sure is some toxic shit
also got the master cylinder in and new metal brake lines
sorted out my 4 inch narrowd, adjustable beam too,i ended up shortening the original tubes so i could keep the original roller bearing bushes, some
steel adjusters from csp and some 10mm lasercut end plates
