well there you go, mine are the same, but don't fit nice at all...
'
think i'm gonna get some painted on.

i removed the large bumpstops cause the car was resting on them and there was no movement. replaced them with smaller ones and the front end dropped another inch..... and i still have a bit of space for bounce!!
however the front tyres do scrub on the guards on a hard turn

take a pic tomorrow when its light and hopefully not raining.

Running 195/65 R15's as seen in my avatar pic. "Supercats", available from Bridgestone tyre centres. I believe they are Bridgestone's generic brand but the quality seems fine to me, quite cheap too.

I found this link to be extremely useful when comparing sizes...

gday,

this is what 165 50's look like on the front. they dont scrub but it sits alot lower than standard 165's. Drives good now nice and light up front.

I have stock rims on my '73 square with 195/60/15 heaps of room to play with and a very comfortable ride...toyo is the brand. Can't post pics at moment but should be at Dubs by the whatever, for those to have a laugh at...what do you expect for $800? Probably won't lower it at this point...have just picked up a fasty that would be a prime candidate for the lowering stick...
