Just had to post! I got two Beetle waves this week :thumb
Sunday it was a new one in Nambour (unusual to get a wave from one of the new VWs) and this afternoon got a wave from a Beige Bug along the Sunshine
Motorway, I had to wave madly at him first but he did wave back

I try to wave to as many VW's I can but I get distracted and miss a few. I love being in a Baja because there's not that many around (none
in my area, used to be one) and because it's so unusual i get a lot of response, especially from teens and kids. I had two guys at a bustop near my house jumping up and down, cheering and
giving me the thumbs up which was really cool, I waved and gave em a blast with the air horn. I love being in a VW, it's like being part of a big club/family!

I always wave to Kombis, and I'll reply to a wave from any other car (even if it's not a VW - it might be a dubber in their other car!).
But sometimes I miss a wave - just because I didn't notice them coming, it's not personal.
