Hi nils,
I think you are actually CORRECT.
The CV Joints are actually for T2 transmission, i.e Kombi gearboxes mated to Type 4 motors.
Hope that clarifies further.

The T4 Carbs (used) are still available, extractors (new) pending, i'll let you know on this one by Tuesday if the other party decide not to
proceed.
The carb rebuild kits have been sold.
