Pssst Alan. I don't think it's a shifter. I think it's part of a Terminator. Run for your life!
You're engine looks amazing. What a work of art. I'm sure it will crank out some serious HP.
I've been swapping emails with Brenden Mosher who works with Marty at Turbosmart USA.
Check out his 11 second Ghia YouTube link
Brenden's dad had The Little Giant Killer Fiat 600 drag car with a 1997cc beetle engine that was quite famous in the US around the 70's or some
time. The Fiat ran low 11s too, but without a turbo.
Sorry to hijack the post.
You're dealing with great guys.
Regards CT

Hey CT, Brenden's ghia certainly sounds nice and strong.....I'm sure the Fiat would have been a handful with the short wheel base. This is part of
the reason the original owner of my engine decided to sell before it was completed as it was destined for a Fiat and he felt it would be too much for
the car (and him) to handle. So he ended up having a smaller engine built in the UK.
Marty certainly enjoyed his time over here meeting up with you and all the other crew - if the opportunity arose I think he'd like to bring his car
over to race at some stage.

So great when you hear these names popping up from when you remember them in the 80's. Nice one Al.
