I found the reason why i couldn't get any more boost.
The wire came off the toggle switch when i was jinnin around with the dash. So ill test it on around 18psi in 2nd and 3rd at the track.
Should be fun!!!
I didn't order albins cv cages, insted i bought 4 commodore cv's and 2 moer shafts for $110 all up. should be enough spares, I hope!

Fantastic weekend at warwick. thanks to all who were there to support Craig and keep it rolling on.
My whole family had a great time. Bec's nerves went after the first run, she had 3 all up then i had a go and it cooked some clitches. Bec tells me
she wants to keep racing in the future.
Mum, My bro and our mate potter helped us all weekend.
Dad got this reaction time, how cool. i'll frame it for him, cause i can't do it.

Bec's type 3 ran
r/t-------60ft------mph-----et
1.172--2.387---75.12---9.160 Bec
0.787---2.439---82.27---8.984 Bec
0.679---2.332---85.55---8.767 Bec
1.001---2.482---66.08---9.476 me how bad is my driving
Kombi
0.828---1.819---101.35---7.365 Easy off the line short changed 1st and 2nd
0.787---2.439---82.27----8.984 wheels up then spin in 1st, missed 2nd, race was against Bec (I lost)
0.779---1.606---98.25----7.324 wheel spin but still good 60ft, long time to engage 2nd
Sunday racing (dialed in 7.125)
1.041---1.796---90.73----9.375 Trials, wheel spin, missed 2nd, with lower tyre pressure (20psi)
0.613---2.229---99.11----8.209 (18psi t/press) bogged needed more revs 6500rpm
0.629---2.053----92.40----8.260 bogged again,
The last run was a bye, lost time slip (16psi t/press) lots of revs 8500, i let the clutch out to quick, once again more tyre smoke.
At this stag the bus will go back to the dyno to set a lower boost in 1st (new gate spring) and maybe e-boost controler for more in 2nd and 3rd.
I'll also look at a valve for the clutch release and staging on a set limiter.
Just to much power for this size tyre on the line. 235 x 65 x 15 radial tyre. I've found 500hp is just right as in 2008, so will aim for that.

Hi Aaron
If you interested we run a club for Quick Bay Window van's
Currently most of our members are from the UK, but we have started to get some international members.
Feel free to check us out, we'd be honoured to have you on board.
That's a real impressive bit of kit you've put together.
Cheers

i was standing behind this on the weekend when fired up, how have you done the loud/quiet exhaust? is it just a butterfly at the turbo where the pipe
splits or was it the bit down the end of the LOUD side?
