Tonite on SBS1 Steve...
the Bat-hurst holden V8 - vauxhall... and the maloo ute...
but hearing bat hurst 10+ times..... Yikes

only reason I knew what they were saying...
as I had the captions on the screen....
otherwise I wouldn't have though of bathurst.....

it seems on NSW people know how to pronounce Bathurst...

IMHO..

Who really cares as long as you know what you mean. If we lived in Mexico or another Spanish speaking country it may really matter. And No Shaihulud you didn't do any of those things, you've not been taking your tablets again have you:lol:

Well,,, funny as it may sound, to be more specific/precise,,, the correct pronunciation for it is actually "Ba-Hy-a"

the "J" is pronounced with a sort of--> "HY"

Like "San-Juan",,, same deal,,, pronounced a bit more like "San_Hwaan" but should have a sort of a "Y" in there like as in "San-Hyuan"

sorry but it`s true,,, But it`s always just been Baja-Bug in Aus really hey? so whatever,,, i`m not being picky ,,, just thought that if it`s going to be corrected, then best to correct it "Correctly" yeah???

:-) & i`m the "MiniMan",,, not the "Baja-Bug" man,,, crickey, you guys should know more about this stuff than me,,, what`s with that ???

:-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

ancientbugger.

I thought I asked you to keep my tablet problem a secret.

Or did I? Or did I not? Heaven forefend! This is so confusing.

Maybe I didn't not do all those things by going or not going to Baja (pronounced there as Baha).

Oh, dear! Like Winnie the Pooh I'm a bear of little brain and now it aches so.

I need another tablet.

Richard.
