Hi Camo
My plates are on Davids car until I need them, better than paying a storage fee the the Road Trauma Association.
I got mine for my 21st as well, that was a long time ago, in Beetle years I'm an Oval with heart shapes.
Personal plates are real ripoff in NSW, the fees are horrendous so I feel sorry for the suckers paying the fees.

And if this is the same person, your 'Should have said...' comment couldn't be any closer to the truth!

Actually the old saying goes "More dollars than sense" though very few people say it properly these days. It's supposed to be a
play on words, ie dollars and cents.
Sorry, I couldn't help myself.

My mum and dad usesd to lay this one on me when i was a little bloke, you must have more money than sence they would say, thing is that we were
dealing in pounds shillings and pence back then, so that seems to blow the "play on words" theory out the window.
Sorry, couldn't help myself.

and the meanings lost!

A young guy up here for his first car was given by his loving father (read 'Idiot') a new WRX. Needless to say he almost killed himself in his
second serious accident within a year. While he was in hospital recovering froma coma sustained in the aforementioned acident, the dad went out and
bought him another WRX, the number plate of which was QIK FIX. This one has now been destroyed as well I believe.
