Man those springs are awesome. Can't believe the unloaded tension. Are they the next 'must have' ??
Still believe the lifter issues with Col's engine are not spring related.
Seems they are the first Scat lifters with problems, Eaton are no longer manufacturing, so I've just ordered Scat from another source, this time,SLR
treated, parkerised then pollished. They look nice so we'll see when they get here.
Regards to the chop for 6k....why you never rang me.....Rod STOLE it from me you know.....DOH!!! All good...what goes around you know.

Andrew, You went back home? Did you ship the car back?

Dave, I got a job offer i could not refuse. I brought my bug with me, it is a well travelled beetle. Sydney to new zealand to brisbane.
the engine has been a very long process (about 4 years now). I cant wait to drive the car with the new engine.
When your over this way let us know.
