Cool vid. I saw the rear view footage in raw form in Marty Stagg's trailer at the track...he was jokingly relieved to see the shot of Calabrese
flying by at the top end of the track since he loaned the turbo to Dennis Kaveny after he had turbo problems (that put Staggs out of contention)...all
good fun of course. There are heaps of threads on ultimateaircooled.com (need to register) if anyone wants a shiteload more info and better vids/pics
than I took).

That is a very kool video!! Get a real feel of just how fast the car is top end especially when you see him blow past the other car.

Bug O Rama 65 is over and I have to say it was one of not the best I have ever seen and my first was in 1980!!
18 Pro Mod cars showed up along with 7 Super Street cars
Pro Mod 16 car field was flying as Al and Rod said with Red Baron running 8.26, but another great point was that the #16 bump was a very respectable
10.04!!
And there were a record SIX 8 second cars in the field all at once!!
Got to meet Rod Penrose and also see Al Das Dubber again and must say that you Aussies are some of the nicest people and I look forward to seeing you
all as much as possible
I would love to come down and see some events there

I rented a man lift this event to raise me 25 ft above the cars so to get some different angles than the usual graund level wheels up and burnouts.
What do you think?
