That's a very sensible time frame you have set.

I realy like that, there was a kit car on here a long time back, nearly put my name on it, still dream about it but can't find it in the search, Subi
powered.

Your welcome to call anytime, and ill organise some photos. The build was inspected by licensing dept when shortened and still got all the papers from
there inspections during build etc. Interior colour is silver grey and as i have 3 cars and severe shortage of space at present might have to let it
go.

No worries Dom,
have organised for the remaining items to be completed by a local mechanic and at least have some room to move while at workshop for the next few
weeks. Needs the computer sorted out on the turbo engine and complex muffler system fitted. Then it will be registed in WA in Jan.

if you are till looking for a Porsche replica - buy a 912.
911 looks - 4 cylinder motor with VW heritage. Kits to drop in typ1 or typ4 motors In 1976 Porsche made a 912E for the America market that came fitted
from factory with a typ4 motor.
912's sell between 15k-50k dependent on history condition, RHD versus LHD etc.
Did you actually finrd a kit? I have a 912 that I am considering selling.
cheers Michel

Be careful with Speedster replicas on a shortened pan if unregistered. Very difficult to get them registered now.
And if you like 911 with simply mechanics (4 cyl, etc), buy a 912
Here is my RSK replica. Just came back from the paint shop

Sounds like this one, and with a 40hp 1200 bug motor its destined to be Australias slowest Porsche.

I know it is a real model, but man it looks like a kit car. Might just be all the new paint and fibreglass.
Are they all beetle running gear - steering, suspension etc? or just the box and engine?

912s have no Beetle gear at all. It's all Porsche including a 356 engine
