35 is young LOL
I had the blue Repco Dragster!
Noted you have a road bike with the leather Brooks saddle, first class, a 'worn in' Brooks are supremely comfortable!
I remember in the 1970's a dragster with radial car tyre type tread on rear wheel and was fitted with a rear disk brake? do you have one or seen one,
know the brand of bike?

Nice notch and bikes mate!
I think we have similar tastes. I just bought a notch too ('65 model), and I have a thing for "vintage" bikes also. I only have half a dozen or so,
and most are road/racers so I'm not in your league yet.
Cheers

and i have started to build one for the wife, april 1972 wagon for her birth day and she was born in april 82
heres as i got it
was purchased for parts but no rust and solid as a rock so i decided to build it instead
after a broom off and beam shoved in
and after a bath
then time for a cut
during the cut, no polish as yet
its missing the engine, steering colum and tank, i have purchased another late to wreck and i will be keeping them parts for this
my mate chrisso is also building one so he will take the front beam dash and all knobs from the wreck
my mate dave will take bumpers
and marcus will get the panels ( same color and in better nick than his )
so all in all we have everything on one car for the 3 we are building
dave gave me these for this car yesterday
and i purchased these for 5 bucks from the dandy trash and treasure market
i have popouts for it and may paint the roof white as its worm thru the paint on one side
white stock wheels with dress rings whitewall flappers and bullet centres, or maybe a set of 14 globes with the inners painted black ( i already
have a set that came from another car )
roof rack is a must
venetions
eyebrows and mesh light grills
interior is perfect just needs a clean
and thinking and painting it a faux woodie but not real sure as yet
while im here i may aswell let you know that im picking up some hoodies and t shirts tomorrow that will have this on the front
so theres an update, i have managed to sort out my account and can now log in
if interested in hoodies or ts hit me up as i will have a couple to move on
i had them made for our little crew of type 3 owners
TYPE 3 CONTINGENT, there are about 10 of us and we all drive type 3s and all have projects on the go, we will be doing summer type 3 drives so if
interested let us know
cheers
