the moon dust would wear and lock up the seals and joints of the suit. I would assume that if you think of the suit as a bunch of moving joints rather than a static object, you could imagine the dust working its way in (remembering that its something far from being earthly in regards to "SUPA" fine). The pressure imposed by joints locking up as they turn may be enough to push the dust both in the suit through the sealed joints and back out the suit.
