Just plain old eBay. The shipping actually cost more than the flappers!
But that's the only place I could find them. Type in 'port a wall inserts' and you should see a few there

Make sure you find someone who can install them PROPERLY, otherwise you will just waste your money on something that will be ruined in no time!

I know a few tyre guys that will happily install them for me, I have white, and red and white ones at the moment, a set of my white ones were ruined
when the tyre place damaged them removing them last time. I've since changed tyre guys. Some places wont install them at all though!

ok, bit of an update.
my wheels have come! and i have ordered my new tyres and will be getting them installed this week. yeah i know, i went something totally different to
what i was thinking, but i have always liked the empi 5's and this car has had the chrome ones on before and they suited it great so im interested to
see what these look like. in my head its gonna look freakin sweet!
and my roof rack, and visor arrived the other day too and i chucked them on and took a quick photo with some junk on the roof.
once i get the new wheels on ill take some good ones. 
also, while driving today to and from work. my ignition light seemed to stay on the whole time i was driving, does this mean something is on its way
out??

i got the tyres fitted to the wheels today, but the flappers looked like shit so im thinking ill get rid of them.
unless you guys could think why they werent too good? but i dunno how i feel about them any more. $80 if someone wants them.
ill see tomorrow how these wheels look on the car and see if i actually like the rim haha.

cheers! that got me more excited for these wheels, i was starting to doubt them and regret it. oh well, ill see how they go!

There's a guy here in Adelaide that does the red/white line thing - comes to you and charges about $150 for 4 tyres. So pretty affordable really.
Not that it helps you in Newcastle I guess.

Those port a wall inserts are a good alternative seeing that in Adelaide red/white walls etc that are cut into the sidewall of a tyre are getting
defected..ahh the nanny state.

145/65 on the front and 185/65? Or 60 I can't remember but it's the same rolling diameter as a stock tyre.

good news? i dunno, probably not good news.
but the newly grinded down bolts/studs fit fine which is awesome, and the front tyres are great no rubbing what-so-ever...
but, the rear tyres are too small, they are smaller than the 165s and in my eyes they looks shit. so im going to take them back get a refund because i
havent even driven on them yet and i will be getting a bigger size. be looking for a 205/65 i think.
Im so happy I could just shit.

sorry about the suspense haha, but im actually in the middle of pulling the alternator out because i think its faulty. the car is losing charge and
now the battery is dead. so im re charging the battery, taking the alternator out and have a look at it and i might be buying a new one.... not sure
yet.
