Alright, the first place that pops to my mind is Volks Conversions.
I'll see if I can find some other places around the Internet that are Australian and have some kits.

Most of the VW online stores just do wide five disc brake conversion kits and what not,
I only know of Volks Conversions that do the bolt pattern to whatever kit...
