Now to the bus worth. I believe asking such a question on an internet forum is a total waste of time for you. You wll get "advice" from people how
know nothing about the car nor are remotely interested in buying. Simply ppl wasting time hiding behind their PCs pretending to be experts
You either put a value on it yourself, after all you own it and know how much it owes you or let the open market decide by sticking it on eBay
Lets look at recent sales of LHD 21 half restored. Recently one in a very similar condition to yours sold on the Samba for US$21k. Right now there is
another with the welding done but not paint prep'd for an asking price of US$16k. Both I believe were a decent reflection of the value. Add another
$7k of shipping and taxes then you can get an idea what's your bus is worth. Of course you migth get more for it, it all depends on how many people
are truely interested at the time
