No, it isn't. I have disconnected my chokes. (Probably because of John Muir)
My engine fires NP in the mornings (without accelerator) and I just let it warm. I go out into the carport, fire Him up and finish packing up
whatever I am going out for.
Please explain Andy. You have raised doubt in my mind. As I am not by any means mechanicaly knowledgeable.
And Andy can I post sounds here?? |

YEEEE HAAAAAA, Finally.
I got the glass sorted and my front doors are pretty much back together.
I am in the middle of making some new trim cards for all the interior trim panels. I'll be using MR MDF and reusing the vinyl trim. Should look
pretty good when it's done.

With a clear setting acrylic silicone, works a treat. 'Cuase the stuff is so sticky I just placed an over sized peice of plastic on the door
(with the silicone bead around it) and the silicone grabs and hangs onto the plastic for you, THen wait until it sets then just run a blade around to
trim, easy peasy :thumb

Cool. I had the problem that the silicone I used didn't stick to the plastic sheet
I ended up using the tacky window sealant stuff instead which wasn't ideal.

I was grinning the whole way and keeping a lookout for the coppers

Today 'Kevin', Ruby my G/F and I went for a cruise down to Beerburrum Glasshouse Mountains. I have installed a Transistor Assisted Ignition
and HOLY COW does it make a difference. I bought the Pertronix kit from Mick Motors (Good on ya Mick :thumb) and I reckon it's the best thing
since sliced bread.
Also fitted a Tacho in 'Kevin'. Thanks BuggyBrad!!! :thumb
