the leaf mulcher is the name type 3 people to the water drainage tray in the front firewall on the 71-73 type 3. its called that because is always
full of leafs and crap and can rust out. if you look in the front boot and at the firewall there is a big hump in it. thats what I am talking about,
see if there are any rust holes on it.
thats good about the pedals, my clutch pedal feels bad and is rusty as hell, battery acid made its way there
do you need explanation on the other bits? I can post pics if that helps?

ok forget about the mulcher then if its got holes. but I'll PM you links to the photos.
actually one other thing I just remembered that I been on a looks out for a while is the seat rail, is the drivers side right rail any good? Mine is
broken and I need a good one cut out of a donor pan. I will check to see if the passenger left is the same and can be used and let you know as they
are less likely to be broken, just in case the drivers is broken.
cheers

sorry for the late reply, i am on few days of holiday and taking every minute to catchup on essential stuff i have put back almost a year. As the
saying goes "knocking off work early to carry bricks"
anyway some pics of the parts I am after.
excuse the crappy photo , apparently its still the middle of winter here dark and cold
so the arm I am after if its any good is the passenger bottom one.
the pic of the rubber collar is just one of them, there is 4 in total, 2 big and 2 small, check if they aren't cracked or excessively squished. I am
trying to get a whole bunch of these and pick the best set.
As for the seat rail, if you could cut a small section of the floor pan around the driver side right rail in order to avoid cutting any of the actual
rail that would be awesome!
I only need the driver side right side rail thankfully, all others in my car are good.
cheers.
