Mike got some gopro footage so hopefully he can work out how to upload it!

Brad called down to see you the other day, spotted your pink bike in
the back of your kombi, where were you out for a dress fitting?
Now... what was I doing again

Had a good day, some interesting moments, but happy with the mph on the third run for a lazy mid track.
Broke the top off the shifter on first run, n something not right with shift light.
2nd run checking out shift light n screwed up 3rd gear shift.
3rd run tapped over shift light n had a ok run. 10.1 @ 141
4th run big burnout n shut it down, turn's out Blower had come loose.
Got some footage will try to post thru the week
Now... what was I doing again

Damo , thanks for the link . Ben has loaded a lot of really good footage from inside and outside of the car onto my computer and he will try to post
it at the end of the week . I am still going through all of the data and am looking at all of the parameters as the motec guy was at the track on the
day to re-program and sync all of the sensors . I will try and do a quick de-brief in a couple of days time with some of the technical stuff , but I
am pretty happy with the cars performance at this stage . All I am doing is driving the car a little harder each time down the track and the times
will start to drop . The fastest time to the 1/8 mile was 5.85 @ 120 mph and full track was a 9.23 @ 141 mph . I am still only @ low boost and no
timing so it is still a pretty mild tune I have in it at the moment . The car tracks very straight all the way down the track and it is very easy to
drive . the smoke from the rear of the car is from a tyre rubbing on the bodywork at speed . This is hard for me to believe but I have approx. 40 mm
of tyre clearance as the car stands and by half track the clearance is zero . Morgan started adjusting the rear shocks to make them a bit stiffer and
I kept increasing the ride height at the rear until I have sufficient clearance to stop the tyre from rubbing . A big thanks must go the Morgan and
Ben for the crewing duties as this made it so easy for me to concentrate on driving , so thanks boys , ROD.
More boost + More fuel = More power

Well done Rod.
The 'wing' seems to be working......maybe too well, by the look of the 'tyre rubbing'.
Cheers, Greg
