The beetle left tyre marks, but I will have to go and look and see if an oil drop was left. It will be the beginning of a warm friendship. Poor VW's
have been out in the cold for 9 months now.

You all know about the garage project, and that is coming along okay. The roof trusses come Monday, then the next week after that I will get the
roofing done. I think about there I am going to run out of money, so I will have a huuuuuuge carport for a little while.
The other big news is I have a new job. I showed some interest in working at this place over 6 months ago, and the manager there rang me recently to
ask if I was still interested and if I would like a new job. This is something I really enjoy, I will have some pride in what I do, be able to
excersise my mind and know that I have done my best. It will be only a couple of km from home (42km to work now), will be quite a substantial pay
increase. So not really any negatives. What and where?

restoration, panel fabrication, metal finishing, aluminium repairs, chassis work, guard widening - not flares, actual widening. All metal work, real
panel beating.
I will do chop tops, two door conversion, stretch limo work from home :P

Okay, question for Pete.
Seeing that I am not likely to paint a car very often (read once, maybe twice in my lifetime), and the only household construction is likely to be
slow nailing either by hand or with a nail gun. So all air applications would be of small duration.
Would a 2.5hp compressor, 40L storage that can shift around 112L/min free air be okay to paint a car with? (disassembled squareback would be the
largest car).
