Damn, still think we should stealth our way up and drop her a few centimetres Robo 
I am down here in Canberra now. The oval is progressing, have a few thing sto do and hope to have it done this year (famous last words).
Pete,
what would you recommend to spray down the A pillar to try and slow (don't think it will ever stop) rust?
Was thinking a wax coating, but there are heater channel pipes down there and that would make it all liquid again.
Any thoughts? Anyone?

I sprayed a bulk load of Penetrol down mine and do this annually seems to stop it getting any worse. Lanolin spray is a farmer favorite for their
machinery not sure what its like but they swear by it.

Cold, damn cold. Coldest thing down here is well...... here!
It was -2 at 0900 this morning!!! That was after waking up at 7 and hearing it was -4!
Good thing that CVWC got the sqaureback working properly again. At least now he starts, idles and runds well.
Stan, have you still got my stainless engine bay stuff? ever make a copy of it?

Am heading home after a week away and have car parts stashed in my luggage.
Hope they don't bend a few things that I packed in my bags.................
Anyone heading to Valla? Ms Jay and our bub are heading north for the week, anyone else?
I am trying to get the Oval finally finished by Vala, but can't promise anything except we will bring the Golf so Audrey can come along in style.

Ahh
the VeeDub Bub is going great - she is a Beetle Baby
She has stacked on the weight and has been to more car shows etc this year than I have!! I think at last count it was 1st car show by 4 weeks, 1st
cruise at 8 weeks, 1st Club meeting 9 weeks, 1st Super Sprints at 13 weeks and 2nd car show at 13 weeks.
Take it no one else is heading to Valla?
