Many years ago, I knew a man with a few tales under his belt, and although most of them were fairly old and tired, the one he told me the night he
died kept me up for weeks. He started it in the usual fashion, with a quiet sigh, and a twinkle in his eye, but what immediately grabbed my attention
was the way he kept shaking and relighting his pipe nervously.
"There was once a car in this old neighborhood owned by the Jeffreys family down on Trinity, by the old schoolhouse," he said, drawing
heavily on his stained and battered pipe "... no ordinary vehicle, this was one of those Beetles left over from the war, and something was not
quite right about the way it lurked in their driveway........

Jenz, I'm truely shocked at the tardyness and total lack of enthuseasim, with the posting since I've been gone! what happened to all the
post maniac's?
I have to confess I have been getting into the bourbon, while Iv'e been up here! the price of Bundy Rum has gone through the roof!
Good to hear from ya, although I have to bundy off now, have to start work at 5.30.

remember jen. sydney to melbourne is a very! short flight. it would hardly be worth it. and i have to wait an hr at the airport once i get in for the

the girl that i'm staying with isn't my gf. my gf is a friend of hers. but in 10days it'll be our 6month annoversary, but fue to the
whole distance thing and inability for me to see her more often we are just returning to friends again.
so at least it ends well

I'm having to relearn all of this stuff myself and at my age which is very weird stuff:o
Talking to my 20 year old daughter helps me, I can compare notes
Well my solution at the moment is to learn Spanish so I can do my trip to Latin America next year and not think too hard about things:thumb

They did have a warm summer this year and seeing how things aren't geared for the heat like here with aircon it probably felt hotter. Well it
did
My number 2 son who loves to surf etc complained about how bad it was in the heat - in buildings, subways, museums
Number one son had BBQ's every night at the shared house he is in, plus lots of cold beer.
Guess you could always save up to be somewhere warmer for London's winter
Then if you like the snow head over to Europe
We're getting the crazy snow season followers coming in now to head off to far northern climates soon:jesus
