I am a geologist. Spent some time living in Mt Isa, Broken Hill etc plus 3 years working in New Caledonia which was very nice. Now I am doing
research related to gold exploration at Melbourne Uni.

I'm a primary school teacher in a small country N.S.W school with only three teachers. Currently teaching years 2 and 3.
It's a rewarding job, and I couldn't see my self doing anything else. 
Plus the holidays are great!

I finally finshed yr12 in 2003.
I will begin studying BArts(society, life and learning) by correspondance through Open Learning/Macqurie University on the 1st of march. Only one week
to go
Does anyone on here have experience with studying by correspondance? i am a little afraid.

I manage a photo lab- so I spend all day looking at other peoples holiday pic's. Cost price cameras are a nice perk and im in an a/c building all
day-although the lab pumps out 60 deg hot air so a/c is really needed.

I have done units by correspondance when I was over seas. They were the easiest subjects I ever did.
Do the work and it is much easier than doing it on campus. They give you all the answers and spoon feed you the info :thumb

I'm currently studying musicianship to sit an AMEB syllabus later in the year. Also studying singing. Putting a band together (we need a
guitarist... Anyone?. And looking for work to fund VW's and music hardware:cussing.
Started off playing with cars, ended in hospital, so tried a different occupation, again with cars, again... Landed in hospital. So now I just want to
do music full time. Tour, record, all that stuff.

vwtyp2 the nursing home i work at is in aberfoyle park. have done a lil bit of agency as well but i like having set shifts.
am looking for a job near port adelaide now, but really i am willing to do anything not just carer work.

Hi
Worked as a parts guy at various VW dealers around Sydney, then helped run the workshop & showroom at Powertune (a Sydney VW specialist).
For the last 18 years (19 in March) I have been doing roadservice for the NRMA, I get 1 weekend of in 3 and work shift work, so I get lots of time to
play with VWs and look after the Club VeeDub website and also do the monthly magazine
Zeitschrift and the VW Nationals. The downside is that Im often working when VW events are on over the weekend.
Im a Scout Leader as well.

We are a small TV production company that produce Corporate/promotional and training videos. Also now do a lot of CD's and DVD's. Mainly for
tourism and manufacturers and exporters as video is a good way of showing what they make (at trade shows etc). We have worked all of the country - so
