Hi Dean
Have finally got mandy to post a cheque today
(Only been asking for 2 weeks).
She made it out for $50 to cover her indicators - but if the cost goes to $50 for the day I'll just bung you a tenner on the day for the
indicators.
I still haven't decided dub to bring yet though
C ya soon

Dougie and I have to put a generator on Bel. It is clean and ready to go on hopefully tomorrow night. If not it's Saturday.
Dean I'll keep you posted on this. I can always give Bel's spot to someone else and put her on in the afternoon.

It was a great day and I learnt a bit more. Hey, interesting stuff.
Good that Bel went up as we found the manifold we put on the night before had leaking seals dispite new rings and gaskets being put on. She was
sucking a lot of air in and freezing up.
It was good that it was so easily identified. Mick squirted some water around to show it being sucked in.
Bad news is that her engine will need to be pulled apart again to get manifold right
Hmmm, can see why they changed the manifold set up on later engines:jesus
Dougie thank you:kiss
Dr L went well. he loved it Then he got to lug an old 36hp around
that OMrSlinky brought over for Bel.
Great to catch up with everyone. I'll be there next time for sure and Bel will be back up with that minifold fixed:sandrine |

Yeah its quite interesting - seems just under 40 ponies at the wheels is about stock for a 1600.
I am pretty happy with my 61 ponies out of the 1776.
So far i guess Keith H is the winner with 119 HP and i think Jak just squeezes in second.
What it is saying is these 100HP 1776 that the Americans have ....... well they must have "different" dyno's. I think there is a big
enough selection here to show that 100 ponies at the wheels is NOT something that is achieved easily.
Anyway my aim next is 70HP. Hoping to do that with a set of 1.4's and a bit of jetting.
The following year probally a new set of 044's and hopefully 80.
Good show one and all! :sandrine
