You don't need to tell people about
Blaupunkt radios as they were the genuine VW Radios in the 60's & 70's.
Not in Australia as Radios were sourced locally from HMV and others (can't remember) Ferris were the Best Aussie made push button radios...
So if You had bought a new Beetle in the UK in the '60s with a Radio, it would have come with a Blaupunkt Radio... both imported from
Germany..
