For those interested in number plates and keeping them correct for the period, I have been lucky enough to score a new plate for KO587. I was able to capitalise on the re-release of the "R" series alphanumeric plates which were in use here in South Australia when the country buggies were released. For a small sum - $75 - I have scored "RKO587". I picked it up on Friday and the plate now adorns KO587. Its a great link to the heritage of the CBs and is a good play on numbers that those familiar with country buggy history will get.
