Things are looking good Ben cant wait to see the new mods at Warwick.Hope to have my car ready for Warwick but,keep with a couple of months to go it will be tight.

thanks matt i am hoping for some good power this time with this fuel system and the new pulleys and ported and polished heads and will be running methonal. hope to have heads back on in the next two weeks than fit fuel system i will keep pics coming

What are you making the wheelie bars out of-is it ordinary mild steel or C/M tube? Have you had any luck yet with the headlamp decals?

wheelie bars are made out of C/M. the sticker guy was making them this week so as soon as he drops them off i can get them sent

the bar size for wheelie bars are 7/8 for the bottom two 3/4 for the top two and 1/2 to join them together

the new Barry Grant carburettor is fitted to the blower manifold to check firewall clearance prior to removing the engine for a strip down and check over

Ben removes the cylinder heads , strips all the valves & springs off them and attacks them with the die-grinder ....

Ben spends many hours on the cylinder heads porting & polishing . The exhaust ports have been increased in diameter by 4mm just to match-port them to the exhaust flanges .
With theses head mods and the new Pauter super-charger camshaft , this thing is going to be a handfull !!
