"Cleaning house", that's an interesting idea. I wonder what's all involved. I mopped the floor once!:D

Edit: Actually I mop the floor more often since our rodent house-mates moved in!

Currently my house looks like a bomb has hit it and it is starting to P me off but I just haven't had the energy this week to do anything about it. Hopefully the energy will return on saturday.

Sounds nice and cruizy barls. Is it still raining up there?

Hey I was doing some recon and found this:

Robo: ... so we can stop this silly race thing, don't know what they are pulling. Our thread is for us to ... bla bla bla!

Hehe, we'll show them!;)

It certainly is raining in Sydney. I think that's why the second guy that was comming to look at my car didn't turn up (didn't bother to ring either :cussing).

That sucks when people don't show up but don't even call to let you know. We had a new house mate moving in, he kept putting us off. Then I called him, and "oh sorry, I moved in somewhere else"! What a dodgy bast--d.

More recon:
"Thats what I like about us. We have stuck together for quite some time. I would hate our thread to get canned!

yeah, that sounds about right.

Hey 'pulled a sickie' combined with 'man i'm bad' sounds like someone was perhaps not quite entirely unwell. Hope you're better if you were sick though, disease sucks so bad!

Edit: ah cheers coop, cya later.

The essence of the thread was to be treated as equals, remember the original post was wiped out and I fought for acceptance on the same terms as the tomorrow people now we have acceoptance don't blow it by encouraging elitism:blah:blah:blah:jesus

Oh OK, sorry, I have to admit I was involved. (But we're still ahead you know. Not meaning anything, that's just how it is....;)) I must have missed the early years of this topic. Anyone care to do a 'synopsis' (yeah the last such proposal resulted in 'go read it all', but hey, it's worth a shot!):D

Ok, we're all clear then. (?)

Hey, I read some of page 1, and I realised that I don't actually know what makes a buggy a buggy. No, more: what's a buggy. Like is it a beetle pan/mechanics, with some plastic on it?

Sorry I know I'm clueless, but at least we can get kinda back to the post's origins. (I feel bad that I might have upset someone, I don't like doing that).

Oh hey have you tried sewing? Recently I've been sewing up all sorts of stuff. Fixing my sheep (they cover my kombi seats), shorts (can be worn in public again!), sleeping-bag-with-rip. Only thing is that I don't have a sewing machine, so I do have sore fingers and can only go slowly. I love fixing stuff.

Oh googling hey $2? Hmmm... Sounds like boredom to me!

Look what I found in another thread (the PNG one by airfooled):

Heh, and I thought that Boganville was another name for Frankston! Bouganville. Franga is a kinda outer suburb of melbourne, it's dodgy. They play classical music in some public areas to discourage the druggos and kids and stuff. There's a nightclub with a revolving dancefloor.

I usually find that clothes washing powder gets grease really fast, you can scrub/scour until it all dissolves.

The synopsis is that one night tongue firmly planted in cheek I asked the site for assistance in bumping my post count by blah blah blahing bout nothing the post was a huge success in one night we posted 26 pages nevertheless it was wiped by the powers above I and others were accussed of wasting bandwidth and discussing non VW topics. I argued with moderators and had the post eventually reinstated on the grounds that the thread was no different to the Tomorrow People while we waited for the return of the missing post the People of the Here and Now was born. Its about fun for those of us that cant get chat its about chatting with mates. Nevertheless I am Glad we are in Front.
