200 or 220 i am not a 100 percent.it's been awhile since i pulled em out.
i think closer to 200 ,but they have been preloaded 3-4 inches.
i don't have anyoff the secret squirrel shit going on.ask me anything.

Nah . I haven't seen them but I have been told.
I thought about doing this years ago with Siamese barrels .but it was one off those things you never have time to finish off. I got all the drawing
done for the maching side of things . But there is always something to do around here.
Do you know the link, or have any pics.
I'd like to see how they got around the oil galleries.

Volks World November 2012 did an article on it too.
They weld a piece of aly barstock down the oil gallery under the cooler, which is the exposed and partially removed when fly cutting for the 101.6mm
barrels. New head stud locations too, obviously.
50 x 40 valves any one ? 3000cc plus.....

The biggest problem with the 4" bore is the lack of matterial between each bore. It gets quite thin. I have checked it out and the process becomes
very involved with machining and ali welding, special heads and the cost becomes the sames as doing a big cc Type 4 engine which is more managable
for most people.

Wow guys awesome work as always. I agree with the above post if you want 3000cc may as well use type 4, you can build it pretty much off the shelf, it
will be slightly more expensive though.
