Spend big win big! theres is merit to exempting winners, The car show should be the winner....... Winners could be put into an exhibit the next
year titled "Winners"
also the points scored for each car to be posted, so people could see how they went,We want people back next year, incentives will work ..........
Keeping it real !

Hi
I agree, the best car should win otherwise no one will ever aspire to have the best car, just look at how the VW scene has progressed over the years.
I remember when VW shows were once held in parks (oops sorry some still are), the quality of VWs at shows continues to improve every year.
The Type 3 in question is owned by a nice old fellow from Flat 4, another Sydney club, so no bias there.

We try to get different volunteer judges every year, with reps from all the different VW clubs. But we can always use new volunteers next year.
Anyone?
Not sure what was up with the sound system this year. Just a normal radio mike box plugged straight into the ground PA; worked fine last year. This
year the system fed back every time we tried walking around with the radio mike. Even when turning everything right down; almost no gain at all. I
watched the levels as Dave walked around and suddenly it would spike.
We used the club's little PA and speakers for the trophy presentation, which I think worked much better.
