The rear wheels are aftermarket Fuchs, while the front are genuine.
There a Porsche style wheel.

Hey mick 58, i put a set of coil shocks in the back of my ragtop many years ago and it worked a treat, i run a type 4 in the rear and everytime i took
off the rear just crouched right down but the coils stiffened it right up and made the front actually lift more when taking off, mine were a really
fat type of shock and coil i havent seen anywhere before but you should get the same result, the extra weight of the type 4 may make mine smoother
that a lighter type 1 but i never considered the ride too bumpy for me, hopefully it wont be for yours, nice car!

RExy, i got them mainly for the inch extra in ride height, as my car was way low after settling (back wheel was about an inch on the guard). I put
them in on the weekend and OOOOO man, i fell in love with my car all over again.
I can't believe how big a difference getting the car off the ground makes. SO much more driveable. The rear wheels are about an inch from the guard
now instead of an inch in the guard - i think this may settle a little bit, which will leave the car at a really good height - a balance of look and
comfort - but man, what a difference.

quite a lot of tricks under the shell - just not sure what they all are - i have those country buggy beam supports on the front end aswell.

Finally got the tinware in - not too pretty, not 100% sealed, but its in.
Has anyone out there got a modified tinware piece installed within a 36hp engine bay? i'd love to see it and know where you trimmed it!

I've also decided to go for the 'open boot lid' look. A section of tinware from the right side above the gearbox has been removed to let more air
in - the hot air to exit via the open boot lid.

make sure no-one picks that up with the kerbside clean up, they would score well
sits nice and looks good from the rear mate, i had to cut heaps off the rear tinware of my 60 kg, its chrome as well so had to make sure i didnt
damage it too much with the tin snips, i also had to modify heaps on my split ute, i went the otherway on that 1 and cut and bent the round area down,
big job that too

yeh its a pain in the butt job - snip and trail, snip and trial - tedious. You'd need to trim it, fit it, then powdercoat/chrome to make it look
good.
