Today I installed a Ipod base to the ashtray, it works really well, saw this on another thread here. I screwed the base to the ashtray and the ipod
touch fits snugly in front of the head unit
I bought the base and cable (which ended up being defective) off ebay for $3 so beggars cant be choosy lol

I have been putting off redoing the interior because I have been in two minds on the colour. I originally was going to stick with red however I have
always liked blue. I will probably go with a good quality vinyl although leather isnt out of the question.
Don't worry too much of the style but which colour do you like?

Well red would match your number plate and your car is called Rosie. You might have to renamed her gluey if you install a blue interior.

Have you considered grey???
Also, be careful using armourall the drying agent in the product can be really destructive to plastics and some rubbers. You dont want to prematurely
age those rubbers. Just my 2 cents, i now use a turtle tyre shine spray from big w its more oil based.

I think grey would be a little to light for the car and I do want it to stand out.
Thanks for the type on the rubbers

My preference would also be the blue, but it has to be you that is happy with it. You don't want to get in every day and say, I should have went the
other colour. Get what you want !
