great !! NO ADJUSTMENTS WHAT SO EVER!!! so apart from the solenoid, I am very very happy ( So will the customer ) ALso nice VW Key ring thrown
in. I might buy a couple more to stick on the shelf, cheers Frank

Same problem, except car wouldnt start. Turns out the choke is not working correctly. Will look at the solonoid tommorow but seems to be running
okay.
But overall happy with the service and promptness on the postage.

Faulty Idle solenoid will not prevent motor from starting, if you have a cold start issue, open throttle to free choke butterfly, look down carby
throat and note position of butterfly, if its closed, the choke spring preload is working, turn ignition to "on" leave for a minute or two,
once again, open throttle fully, if butterfly is fully open, there is no issue with your choke. On the other hand, if the choke never fully closed
with the first time you opened the throttle, you loosen the 3 small screws on the choke housing, rotate inner choke assembly anti clockwise until
choke butterfly just closes, tighten the three screws. Your choke is now properly set and as long as the choke opens in the first minute or two,
your choke is fine, then look at fuel delivery.

I'm selling a stack of beatiful VW keyrings... $5 a pop
Ye i've been buying stuff from them lately, quick service, cheap freight, good prices. Always prefer to get stuff locally if i can.
I think the billet running boards and stainless steel bumpers will be next.

I have purchased a few things from volks and no surprises, delivery was very fast price was exactly what was advertised and quality was spot on.
I have ordered things from 2 other suppliers and had poor service, my seat trim kit was $150.00 more than the quoted price. I ordered some material
for my standard hoodlining which is only tiny compared to a deluxe it cost me $180.00 took 3 months to get and then was charged a second time. From
another dealer I ordered a carby kit for a 28pict and took 2 months. every time I called I got a different excuse. from the same place I ordered a few
other bits and only got half the order and had to make numerous calls to find out where they were.
Oh well
