Whats the deal with subs you blokes...my son who now owns (more than 50% share anyway) my hilux has just put 7x10's in the doors and a wapping great
amp behind the drivers seat. Then he hits the super bass button and you can't see out the wing mirrors because of the vibrations.
Now this system cost the best part of a grand yet i've got a sony casette player and an old voxson graphic equiliser running through a pair of 6''
speakers that all up owes me less than $100 and i'd need ear plugs to listen to it flat out.
Now before you say anything about being old I grew up on led Zep, Black Sabbath, iron Maiden and deep purple just to name a few. Ive seen Iron
Maiden, Deep Purple, White Snake and U2 in concert till my ears bled.
I digress.....so whats the fascination with doof doof doof I love it loud but still cant see the point in a "fooly sic sub woofer mate"

nah i actually prefer the 3 or even better 4 way 6x9's that way i do need a sub or amp and saves me a stack :bounce
and kafer your taste in music aint bad rock is kool, thats why i have
triple m on the radio and triple J

On a totally random note, my parents showed up at school last night. They decided to come over for a visit so that was a complete shock to me. THey
were thinking of heading out towards wales, but as england/uk is getting the tail end of the american hurricane, wales and other surrounding areas are
meant to be 'under the weather' so to speak.

I don't know about you blokes but some of us actually have to work!!!(In between posting on AVD that is :P:P)
yeh pyro, they were lucky that I wasn't on duty or anything last night. Got to go out for dinner and have a few beers with me dad. was very cool.
And Rob..you are just being vocal to keep yourself in the delusional state that you are happy with Pige being stock. We can all see that it's tearing
her apart to be the tallest amongst all the guys :P And it's also putting more strain on her bodywork and her engine! There's less
wind-resistance/drag and friction at lower heights. So really....Rob you're the one giving her a hard time. Not us!!!

i painted the under bit for the seat grey yesterday and put the cobwebs on it too now all i need is some fine line tape and red paint

Heh guys ,i'm sculking around & reading but i've had a damn boring week which has only involved work so i have nothing to tell.I don't know if
you guys realise that my kombi is still not fixed from our trip up north & i'm going a little "cuckoo....cuckoo.."not having a car to drive.The
new head better arrive in the post today so Steven can finally replace it & put the engine back in!!!!!!!!
My beloved Saints(afl)are in the final tonight playing over in adelaide.It would be sooooo good if we could win & make it t a Grand Final.I'm

Mandie I'd love 2 fly up with you all... I did it this year it was great...loved it...
The way things are at present all my kids are here at home....Bridie heads off late October for her 12 months away...Simon goes back mid-December for
a few months and Aaron is home broken hearted but determined to go back as soon as he sorts his head out and gets the money together....SO I'm not
going to London 4 Chrissy...but if kids aren't here will go off on my own somewhere this year...London is not my fav destination and costs so
much....I'm having time with the three kids now....they can do their own thing at Chrissy..I think Bridie would like that...it's her time to get
away and be grown up in a big city....
