my old man has been busy since i was last there so not a lot has been done but he did get one of the new heater box covers made and has the other one
half made. so here it is in all its stainless glory.
and here is the motor almost complete. the coper piping for the oil filler will be replaced eventually with braided lines. also the link age for the
accelerator has been relocated to under the alternator.
here is the air ducting for the heater
and here is the whole car since we havent had one of them for a while

ok the new front end is now in. its 30mm lower than stock. here are the struts before they were assembled.
had a great time trying to get the old struts apart as you can see
here they are partially installed
i thought i had some of the car after they had been installed to compare the ride height.
also i made myself a breather box based on the stock one to bolt in to the spot where the oil filler was normally on the sharpbuilt.
the manifolds is now on and most of the engine is now complete
i also did some more work on the airbox which ill put in the the other thread

ok it lives the old man started it up and apart from being loud, still doesnt have an exhaust, it ran well after a few wiring adjustments. here is the
electric fuel pump under the front.
here is the control vents for the heater they still have to be modified to suit.
here is the engine bay with the oil breather and heater fresh air pipes fitted
also the fun job of reconnecting all the electricals has started cause as you can see its a mess and i havent even put the stereo in yet

Looking great barls - what fuel pump is that you are using? I seriously have to change from my Holley Blue - it is so loud! I think I will go with a
rotary one but not sure which yet.

the old man came for a visit today and brought some more pics of whats been happening
here is the heater finished and hooked up
its a completely custom job on the dash panels as well as they have been redone yet again. one side has been remade as the other were too thin and
buckled as they were fitted still have to make the panel to hold the other two gauges.
the tacho and others guages have been wired up.
also the airbox is slowly getting tidied up as well
