Although these pics won't rival the sexy bit of kit above, just a couple quick ones anyway...

Here are the Fuchs masked up just a couple days prior to Warwick...

After its black base and clear...

Caps were painted by hand (brush) then clear coated...

Can't wait for some more details Pete and Rod!!

tell rod that the photo doesn't have enough detail in it. i can't see the check book in his back pocket and were's the hat,and are they bloodstones he's wearing.may be the best of your life,as a funny man once said.
whats with the wraping of the thing in the box and what is the point of not taking it of.take it all off.

on a serious note though boy's what with the suspense, come on already,it should be in the car and running already with photage.i am going to bring a box of madjenta shirts next time.lol

Sweet! Engine sounds fantastic, can't wait to see it squeezed in the Chop Top! Rod has the rear centre caps (got them all done before warwick)....are you just going to have the rear drum snout and stub axle turned down to fit them?

Geers camshaft!

Is this a roller cam, roller lifter motor then?

Any more specs Pete or is it secret squirell at this stage!?

I look forward to catching up in Portland. Sorry we couldn't make it to Warwick. Still pissed I missed all the fun!

Cheers,

I'm looking forward to scaring myself with the new motor. It was a good buy and everyone I dealt with was great ( the seller Dan Cerny, the importer Peter Leahy, Pete P who lined it up and picked it up with me ) except for one utter bunch of FW's - The Federal Govt - GST and import duties .
Hey Stock did you notice that the stinger is almost as big as the pav I had at the RSL and Westi if you look closely the cheque book is stuck in one of the 51.5's

Great stuff Rod!!

That should liven the chop top up a tad !!

Might be needing some wheelie bars to save that stinger from getting kinky

not when you go over $1000, 15% import duties/tax and 10% GST after the import is added..............

hope Rod paid for all this weeks ago before the plunge
