AARRGGHH no mate!! Why is it that every time I car I absolutely can attest to want to own comes up for sale I cannot do a thing about it.
If only it was this time next year and i was in my new house all comfortable with a garage to park your car in Alan.
Good luck with the sale mate! Again if it doesn't sell let me know and I can slowly work on the wife to see things from my point of view!!

Car is still for sale.... have been offered $17,000 from a guy in Perth... any better offers gratefully accepted. The engine alone is worth almost
$15,000 (And I have the reciepts to prove it) and has only been driven about 200km's.
I've owned the car for 20 years and it has never been in an accident in my care and FINALLY I have been asked to present the car for a photoshoot for
FAST FOURS AND ROTARIES this week.... so the car will be worth WAAAAAYYYY more soon... so get in quick

Congrats on the sale Alan, I'm sure the new owner will be very happy. And also a big thanks for your boxes of goodies - it was like christmas for me
today! Hopefully you'll get back into the hobby some day (maybe when the house is finished and if your better half doesn't convert the garage into
walk in wardrobe or something!)
Craig, working life means the car will be driven on actual roads and not just polished in the garage 
Hehehe...just kidding Alan, I think its destined for some circuit and drag racing in deregistered form although Alan may be able to clarify this.

Yeah Alan did tell me that is is going to be converted into a dedicated track car. He did give me first option to buy it as I love the car and it's
attention to detail but I am in the same kinda situation as him in renovating my house. But my Kombi aint for sale it is just being used as extra
storage area in the shed.....
