Dyna pac's do read more than dyno dynamics that i have seen.
Dyna pac better for selling parts.
The slide calculator is actually closer to FW power on a SF engine Dyno.
Mine was 1785.7lbs when it ran 126.1mph in Sydney.
With 125mph t Willowbank had 235 wheel.
(Now fatter at say 1815 lbs).
It has now, 259 wheel, so looking forward to a skid this Saturday if weather is fine!

Qualifying begins at 1pm.

You can flood that shit in there and it will burn even with points and a train set transformer .
Could just be a fault in the wiring or battery voltage(clamps tight!)

Bugger - sensors can be such a PITA at times.
Losing signal completely, not keeping up, or getting erratic ???
Erratic most likely noise... losing completely or lagging more like gap or sensor just not able to go high enough freq.
A GT101 should be more than up to it, but I wouldn't trust a VR style as a paperweight...

yeh its a 101. with 60thou gap.
i had a friend have the same problem with a 101 ,so i have got another sensor just in case.it's a billet sensor that a few people i have spoken to
swear buy them,so i have a back up.
but i found that the globe fell out of the alternator warning light,so no charging when that happens.proberly just a voltage drop, fingers crossed

Yeah, 60 basically spot on for a GT101.
I just run the little plastic ones, and while I keep a spare all pre-wired have found they're pretty much unkillable... save for if they contact the
target or something dopey like that.
Pisses me off a little since Honeywell are a competitor... and while ours is better it ain't 5 times the price better for most uses... but them's
just the breaks I guess !!!
But yeah - voltage drop could easily explain it !!!

Well no news is always good and bad.
I pulled the engine out cause I didn't like the look of the oil.
And nothing to report really it looked great part from the cam bearing . Which told me I was alittle lazy with the shitty cam gear file as it did mesh
real good. So I polished it and it is now awsome.
I could have left it but I am glad I didn't .
I had it out and stripped and cleaned ready to assemble in 2 1/2 hours .
So back together Monday / Tuesday . And then back on the dyno for some more punishment.
I'll keep u posted.
down sharon.
