Anyone near Ballarat?

G'day. It's a bit off topic but I hope nobody minds. There seems to be a whole pile of vehicles in a paddock being sold of in Ballarat.

It's a long way away from me but if anyone else is in the area and wants to check it out for their own reasons could you please have a look at the Lada Niva if it's still there?

My VW project is on the backburner for the moment and I thought I'd see if I could pick up a cheap Niva. It's always been on my short list. In fact it was almost a dead heat between my S beetle and a Niva. Niva only had two weeks rego on it so I went for the beetle. It was a good car and served me well for years.

Anyway if that Niva still exists when / if anyone is interested in going to take a look it's a one trip affair, so I can't go look beforehand.

If you are wondering what's going on with my camper, it's kind of complicated but it seems as though the easiest solution for me is to find a wrecked late bay or a couple of cuts from the C to D pillar section that I can poach the metalwork from the midriff to the roof. My bay lacks the metal that allows a 3 point belt to be mounted. Bit of a show stopper with a family. Besides that I'd say it's nearly blue slip worthy.

Nevermind he was asking way more than I was willing to pay.
