ALDI CarCreeper/RollerSeat heads-up

Just bought one (SpecialBuys today)
http://aldi.com.au/au/html/offers/2827_24581.htm

They had sold all display stock but asked and had more 'out the back'.
Ten minutes to assemble then, road tested it under the car - passsed the first test - I was asleep in 5 minutes.
It has a bit more ground clearance than others(SuperCheap) just need to have the car up a bit higher but good quality for $40.
In 'seat rig' it is very comfortable and pretty handy.

PS: I used chain wax to lube the wheels and swivels - made a difference.

I have that exact same one over in the shed I bought from Aldi 4 years ago.

It's had a shitload of use, the frame and seat are still perfect but the wheels and associated hardware are well and truely shagged.

The bearings are all worn and falling to bits, the threads in the wheel pivots constantly loosen and have stripped and the wheels have worn down alot.

but for the money (think it was $29 4 years ago) I've got nothing but praise especially for the amount of use it's had.

Hi

I bought one of their long LED work lights, the one with the hook and magnet, its great.

They have a wrenches and socket set at the moment which I have bought two of to leave in the car, just in case.
