hope its the real deal !
a while back, a pub west of Toowoomba was offering 'a chance to win a new car' if you satisified certain entry conditions, and then were there on
the night of the draw. when the winner was announced, a big ' choccolate wheel' was brought out, and the guy had to spin it to see if he got the
car. ie, the prize was a 'chance' to win a car. he didnt get a car. it wouldnt surpise me if that pub is closed now, as anyone that knew about this
vowed to boycot the place.
