Will these spindles work for me?
So I recently purchased a complete lowering kit from Airkewld and recieved the wrong spindles (my own error)
Anyway, I'm unable to desipher what spindles I should have to get the disk brake kit I have to work, and at the moment, its not really a necessity
for me to have disk brakes.
So my query is, will there drop spindles (link below) work with the parts I have as I will retain the drum brakes now.

You can get a set of link pin dropped spindles with the drum brakes as shown, there is a link pin disc brake dropped spindle that has the ball joint
spindle http://www.cbperformance.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=4060 that mounts for a standard beetle caliper, this will
give you a late beetle stud pattern when you fit the standard rotor, what spindles do you have from Airkewld, post the link and what disc brakes do
you have, also post the link

I bought this lowering kit ^^^ a few weeks back now. When I ordered it I ordered it with the disk drop spindles, and only realised after it had been
shipped that these only work with thier disk brake kits and I believe the later model ball joint disks.
I do realise that I can change the bearings to get the disks I have to fit the spindle, but then I also have to work out which caliper is best suited
for the application as well as the calipers I have dont fit the spindle.
I will post a picture tonight of the disk brake kit I have, as I'm un aware of what brand it is (although the calipers are stamped with empi)

This is the brake kit I have, I'm guessing, so long as it has the bolt hole on the spindle, I can use this?

I have had a look at the kit you bought, it has the link pin drum brake dropped spindles, the disc brake kit you have might fit, the rotor will fit
the spindle, you will have to trial fit the caliper bracket and caliper to you your spindle to see if it will clear the steering arm, if it hits it
will be back to square one as you will not be able to use the kit.

I definately have a disk brake spindle, it has the caliper mounts and all on it. Airkewld site has changed in the last month, when I did it I had the
option to pick spindles and picked disc drop spindles.
So i guess that brings me back to the OP. Will those spindles i posted be fine? It appears in the photo they have the 3 holes I require.

As i said, the disc brake caliper bracket might not fit because it might hit the steering arm on a link pin drum brake dropped spindle, this looks
like your kit.

one is the dropped spindle kit but it uses totaly different mounting system, http://www.actionimport.com/cgi-bin/commerce.exe?preadd=action&key=22-2925-0 , the one you posted will fit with drum
