Firstly, pepper spray for public urination/drunk & disorderly/DUI...? on a lawn mower of all things. Hardly a threat to society... this is why
people have no respect for police.
Secondly, that cop is crazy, if that dudes wife was going to stab him in the face for a beer can you imagine what she is going to do to the cop?

the cop was a twat. Poor bloke. Worst way to extinguish a risk/situation.
Sure he wasn't doing anything wrong but being pissed and driving could cause an accident. The cop had no right to act the way he did; he wasn't
doing the public a service either. Should have just warned the guy and drove him home, thus public is safe, and so is the drunk fella.
