cracked and let a 2009 Wyndham Estate limestone coast Cab Sav breathe and relax for a bit this evening, just swilled the first and not bad, viscosity
on the glass is good, on the palette; a lil chalky but actually nice with the flavoured remains, lil hit of fruit , not too sharp ........
Breed: Wyndham Estate limestone coast Cab Sav 2009
Purchased at: Dan M's
Price: $14.95
breathing time: 15 mins
would I drink a bottle in one sitting: No
would I buy it again: Yes.
would I recommend to my friends: Yes
Notes: easy to drink, not harsh, label is boring!

and another daily drinker
Breed: Mongrel Creek - Merlot Cab Franc
Purchased at: Mongrel Creek Winery - Margaret River way
Price: $11.00
breathing time: drink now
would I drink a bottle in one sitting: yes - but I would prefer the Deep Wood
would I buy it again: Yes - great value
would I recommend to my friends: yeah
Notes: Get an airator for about $30.00. We got one. All the wineries use them.
They are cheaper than a decanter and yes - the wine does taste better

I've got a really decent whine in 3rd gear......does that count?
I'd rather wear a Beetle out by racing it than by polishing it!

Not quite on the same line but went to the Tocal Field Days in the Hunter Valley on Sunday, found some Dr, Jurds Jungle Juice, busy using it right now
to get rid of the flue, seems to be working though I may have to increase the dose a little just to speed up the recovery.
I dream of a day when a chicken can cross a road without being asked for it's motive!

any Shiraz grown in the Heathcote region Vic cant be beat..
Lake Cooper estate Corop Vic Sparkling Shiraz hmmm mmm for sundays..
might look at your template one day..
i find the bestest wines are really only offered as Cellar Door stock
will look at ports when winter gets here n the fire is crackling away
ordering online is the best without the beer swilling masses at the bottlo
